Fixed full-arch restorations, made around the patient.
A laboratory dedicated to implant-supported full-arch work — digital design, precise manufacturing and hand-finishing on every case we take on.
What we make
Full-arch is all we do. That focus is the whole point — every workflow in the lab is built around getting fixed implant restorations to fit, function and last.
Hybrid zirconia bridges
Definitive full-arch implant bridges on a titanium bar with monolithic or layered zirconia — engineered for passive fit, strength and a natural finish.
Hybrid PMMA bridges
Screw-retained PMMA full-arch bridges for immediate load, conversions and long-term provisionals — fast to produce and easy to adjust chairside.
Surgical guides & guided planning
Implant treatment planned from your CBCT and printed as accurate surgical guides, for predictable, restoratively-driven placement.
All-on-X, verified for fit
Full-arch immediate and definitive restorations built on photogrammetry data, so implant positions are captured exactly and the prosthesis seats passively.
Technology & digital workflow
A fully digital, photogrammetry-led workflow — so implant positions are captured exactly and your restorations seat passively, first time.
Photogrammetry
iCam4D and Tupel3D capture each implant's exact 3D position, for a truly passive full-arch fit and fewer remakes.
CBCT planning
Implant treatment planned from your CBCT data and mapped to the final prosthesis before a single component is made.
Guided planning
Accurate, printed surgical guides for predictable, restoratively-driven implant placement on the day.
Intraoral scanning
We work directly from your intraoral scans, whatever system you use, aligning them with the photogrammetry data.
CAD design
Prosthesis and bar designed in Exocad and shared with you for sign-off before anything is manufactured.
3D printing
In-house SprintRay 3D printing for surgical guides, try-ins, models and printed restorations.
From records to the chair
A single, transparent workflow. You always know where a case is and who to speak to about it.
Plan
We work from your scans, records and CBCT to plan the case with you — position, prosthetic space and the end result, agreed before anything is made.
Design
CAD design of the prosthesis and any surgical guide, shared for your approval so nothing is manufactured until you're happy with it.
Manufacture
Printed and milled in-house on calibrated equipment, with the fit checked at every stage rather than only at the end.
Finish
Hand-characterised, polished and quality-checked, then dispatched to reach your surgery in good time for the appointment.
Recent case work
A selection of full-arch cases from the lab — hybrid zirconia and PMMA bridges, guided cases and All-on-X restorations.
Built for the clinicians who send us work
A lab relationship should be simple. Here's what working with us looks like.
One point of contact
You deal directly with the lab and its director — no case lost in a queue, no chasing for an answer.
Digital-first
We work with your intraoral scanner and planning software, so your existing workflow drops straight in.
Clear timelines
Realistic dates agreed up front and communication on every case, so you can plan your surgical days with confidence.
Start a case
Submit a full-arch case straight to the lab. Pick the right form — Pre-Surgery for the day of surgery, or Post-Surgery for trial, final and revision work.
